Both pages work basically the same way:
First enter in one or more ingredients that you have on hand.
Then click on the "Add Ingredient" or "Add Drink" button.
Once you have entered all the ingredients which you want, click on the "Find Some ___" button.
At the bottom of the page you will see different recipe titles. When you click on them the full recipe will become available.
And that's pretty much all it takes! Feel free to use as many times as needed.
